The Privacy Policy governs the procedure for ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Data.

During its activities, the Application collects the User's Personal Data.

1.1. The MoneyBus Application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") is a type of software through which Users create currency exchange requests.

1.2. User Consent (hereinafter referred to as "Consent") - voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous expression of will, in which the User, using a statement or clear affirmative action, consents to the processing of their Personal Data.

1.3. User - an individual who registers in the Application and receives Services.

1.4. Controller - any natural or legal person, public authority, institution, or other body that independently determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.

1.5. Account - a software part where the User places Personal Data, files, and confidential information.

1.6. Personal Data - any information that directly or indirectly allows identifying the User. For example, first name, last name, phone number, IP address.

1.7. Processor - a natural or legal person, public authority, institution, or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of and under the direction of the Controller.

1.8. Services - an algorithm of actions provided by the Application to the User in the field of delivery and currency exchange.

1.9. MoneyBus Website (hereinafter "Website") - a web page or group of web pages on the Internet located at: https://pl.moneyb.us

1.10. Third Party - a natural or legal person, public authority, institution, or body other than the User, Controller, Processor, as well as persons authorized by the Controller or Processor under their direct control to process Personal Data.

1.11. Cookies - a piece of information in the form of text or binary data transmitted to the browser from the website.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Application processes and stores Personal Data based on the principles of legality, fairness, and transparency in accordance with Article 5 "Principles of Personal Data Processing" of the GDPR.

2.2. In the event of processing Personal Data of US residents (including residents of the state of California, USA), the Application follows the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018.

2.3. In the event of processing Personal Data of Ukrainian residents, the Application follows the Law "On Personal Data Protection.

3. PERSONAL DATA

3.1. Collection of personal information

The currency delivery application collects certain personal information from users in order to provide delivery services and ensure the operation of the application. When registering or using the application, we may collect the following user data:

Email address: used to ensure communication with the User, send order confirmations, delivery status notifications, and informational messages related to the Application.
Phone number: necessary to contact the user, confirm orders, and provide delivery information.
Name: used to personalize communication with the User and indicate the recipient's name when making deliveries.
Delivery addresses: collected to ensure the dispatch of orders to the specified addresses.
Payment addresses: collected as email addresses of the corresponding User accounts or wallet addresses used for exchange.
Identification Token: created by the Application for User registration/identification.

3.2. When you visit the Website/Application or receive Services, MoneyBus may automatically collect the following Personal Data:

3.2.1. IP address;
3.2.2. time zone and language settings;
3.2.3. browser type and version;
3.2.4. operating system, device type, and screen resolution;
3.2.5. country you are located in;
3.2.6. data about your visit to the Website, including full URL information, route transitions to the Site and when entering/exiting the Site (including date and time), page response time, data load errors, time spent on certain pages, page activity (such as scrolling and mouse movements, clicks), methods used to exit the page, and phone numbers used to contact customer service.

3.3. Use of personal information

The collected personal information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Processing and fulfilling orders placed in the application.
Ensuring the delivery of currency to the specified delivery addresses.
Communication with the user regarding order confirmation, delivery status, and other notifications related to the application's operation.
Improving the functionality and quality of the application by analyzing statistical usage data, such as transitions between screens, clicks on specific buttons, and other interactions with the application.

3.4. The MoneyBus Application does not transfer Personal Data to Third Parties for any purposes, including for the payment of Services provided, except for the execution of court decisions or fulfillment of any legal obligations.

4.1. The Application uses all necessary security and protection measures for Personal Data and confidential information during anonymous exchange between Users.

4.2.3. accidental deletion or destruction;
4.2.4. all other unlawful forms of processing of Personal Data.

4.3. All processing of Personal Data is carried out under the control of the MoneyBus Personal Data Controller, who ensures compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
