The Terms of Use govern the relationship between the User and the Application in providing the Services.

The Terms of Use are a document that constitutes a public offer agreement, and by accepting it, you agree to its terms and agree to comply with its provisions.

References to the words "you," "your," or "yours" (or similar words by meaning) mean our User, depending on the context of the Privacy Policy.

References to the words "we," "our," or "us" (or similar words by meaning) mean the MoneyBus application.

USE OF THE APPLICATION SERVICES IN ANY FORM MEANS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE AND CONSENT TO THEIR USE.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. The MoneyBus Application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") is a type of software through which Users create currency exchange requests.

1.2. User Consent (hereinafter referred to as "Consent") is voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous expression of will, in which the User, using a statement or clear positive action, gives consent to the processing of their Personal Data.

1.3. User - a natural person who registers in the Application and receives the Services.

1.4. Account - a software component in which the User places Personal Data.

1.5. Personal Data - any information that directly or indirectly allows identifying the User. For example, name, surname, phone number, IP address.

1.6. Services - a set of actions that the Application provides to the User in the field of currency exchange.

1.7. MoneyBus Website (hereinafter "Website") - a web page or group of web pages on the Internet located at: https://pl.moneyb.us

1.8. Third Party - means a natural or legal person, state body, institution, or authority other than the User, Controller, Processor, as well as persons authorized by the Controller or Processor to process Personal Data under their direct supervision.

2. SERVICES

2.1. MoneyBus Services are intended for registered Users. MoneyBus has the right not to provide Services to such Users.

2.2. The essence of providing Services is to provide Users with the opportunity to place a currency exchange request.

2.3. The User can install the Application by following the link on the Website.

2.4. Information about the MoneyBus Application is posted on social networks: Instagram, Facebook. The User can familiarize themselves with the information provided on social networks by following the link on the Website.

2.5. Using the Account, the User can perform the following actions:

2.5.1. place a currency exchange request;
2.5.2. request feedback from the service support;
2.5.3. receive information about the status of the currency exchange request;
2.5.4. provide information about currency exchange request status changes;
2.5.5. cancel the currency exchange request.

3. RULES FOR REGISTRATION

3.1. To start using the Services, the User must register in the Application by following the link on the Website.

3.2. When registering, the User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about themselves as prompted by the registration form.

3.3. The User can change the information about themselves at any time using the Account.

3.4. The User agrees not to use any automatic or manual device, program, algorithm, or similar method to access, obtain, copy, or track any part of the Website, Application, Services, or Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the structure or presentation of the Website, Application, Services, or Content to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Website or Application.

4. COOKIES

4.1. By using the Website, the User agrees to the use of Cookies.

4.2. The User can disable Cookies in the settings of their web browser.

5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

5.1. MoneyBus processes Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

6. OTHER CONDITIONS

6.1. All relations between the User and MoneyBus are subject to English law.

6.2. All disputes arising from the relationship between the User and MoneyBus are subject to settlement in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of United Kingdom.

6.3. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

6.4. MoneyBus reserves the right to make changes to or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes or modifications take effect upon their publication on the Website. By continuing to use the Services after the publication of changes to these Terms of Use, you agree to such changes or modifications.
